These terms apply to every order placed on velmorauae.store (Velmora UAE Store). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

After you place an order, our team may call or message you on the number you gave to confirm it. We can cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if the item is out of stock, or if the details look incorrect.

Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is Cash on Delivery: please pay the courier the order total when your parcel arrives.

Delivery

We deliver to all seven Emirates, usually within 1-2 working days after your order is confirmed. Full details are in our Shipping & Easy Returns Policy.

Products

We try to show every product accurately. Some products are marked “colour, design and size may vary based on availability”; for those, the item you receive may differ slightly from the photos.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our Shipping & Easy Returns Policy.

Privacy

We use your details only to process and deliver your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
